All Sales are Final. No Refunds, Returns or Exchanges. Especially after your order has shipped and was delivered.
Refunds/Cancellations - Kid-A-Min does not provide refunds or cancellations for any reason including delays in shipping, back orders and or/once received due to the nature of our product.
*Kid-A-Min would only accept refund or cancellations, if it is our fault.
Exchange - We do not provide a refund and/or exchange for any vitamins.
Lost or Stolen, Missing Package & Incorrect Addresses - If the package is shipped out with the address the customer provided and it gets lost or stolen, we as the company is not responsible.
What should I do if my package is missing?
You will need to file a claim with the United States Post Office online at https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm. The claim can take up to two weeks.
Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon receiving within 3 days and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
*We take photos and videos before we release the packages to the USPS. If the package was not damaged prior to release, we will disregard the case and not replace, if it is our fault will take responsibility and handle to solution.
